About The Position
Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS), a therapist-owned and operated company since 2016, is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for home health in West Volusia County, FL. As the provider of home health therapy services for Accent Care Home Health, you will be part of a strong, multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services and collaborative, patient-centered care. We understand the unique challenges of the home healthcare setting and are committed to supporting our clinicians through thoughtful scheduling, defined territories, limited drive time, and clinical leadership from experienced therapists. Requirements
- Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
- Active or pending state physical therapist assistant license.
- New Graduates welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional therapy services in a home health setting.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Deliver collaborative, coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Manage a diverse and engaging caseload.
- Participate in thoughtful scheduling and work within defined territories.
- Engage in professional development opportunities.
