About The Position

As a Part Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, and function. You will guide patients through therapeutic exercises, modalities, and activities to assist in their recovery. You will also monitor and document patient progress, reporting any significant changes to the supervising Physical Therapist. Additionally, you will encourage and motivate patients to meet their rehabilitation goals while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements

Part Time coverage for Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
Possible Full-Time with travel to Altercare Newark South Altercare Somerset Somerset, Ohio

Responsibilities

Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, and function.
Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, modalities, and activities to assist in their recovery.
