Requirements
- Valid California PTA License
- Current CPR Certification
- 1+ years of experience as a PTA
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance

- home health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on physical therapy treatments to relieve pain, restore function, and improve mobility.
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfer activities, and prosthetic training.
- Apply physical agents such as heat, cold, ultrasound, and massage.
- Educate patients on the use of assistive devices (wheelchairs, braces, crutches, etc.).
- Document clinical notes accurately and timely.
- Communicate patient progress and changes to the supervising PT.

- Per Visit: $55 – $60 per completed visit (rate varies experience)
- Paid Drive Time
- Mileage Reimbursement: $0.72 per mile
