About The Position
This Physical Therapist Assistant position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients move, exercise, strengthen, and improve function in a structured outpatient setting. The clinic is PT-owned, located in Briny Breezes, FL, and focused on orthopedic outpatient rehab. Patient volume is kept at 2 patients per hour, allowing the PTA to stay engaged during treatment.
Requirements
- Florida PTA License required
- PTA Degree required
- Comfortable working with orthopedic patients
- Organized and professional work style
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Assisting with therapy sessions under PT supervision
- Guiding patients through strengthening and mobility activities
- Helping with balance, gait, range of motion, and functional movement
- Watching patient form, tolerance, and safety
- Giving updates to the Physical Therapist
- Reviewing home exercise instructions with patients
- Preparing treatment areas and equipment
- Documenting treatment sessions accurately
