Physical Therapist Assistant - Outpatient - License Required
About The Position
Chesterton Physical Therapy is growing and hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for an outpatient orthopedics position in Chesterton, Indiana. A $4,000 sign-on bonus is available for full-time candidates. Clinicians of all experience levels are welcome, including new graduates. Candidates who require work visa sponsorship will also be considered. You will treat a caseload that is primarily general orthopedics with some chronic pain, utilizing a combination of manual therapy and exercise therapy. Full-time PTAs can expect approximately 60 patient visits per week. Candidates with an interest in pelvic floor therapy are preferred. The clinic is a PT-owned private practice with locations in Chesterton, Michigan City, Portage, and Valparaiso, serving the local community with personalized, one-on-one care free from the constraints of a one-size-fits-all treatment model.
Requirements
- Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
- Graduated from an accredited PTA program
- Eligible for Indiana state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Full-time or part-time availability is required
- Candidates who require work visa sponsorship will be considered
