About The Position

National Church Residences Home Health division located in Southern Ohio is a Home Health & Hospice agency with a team of health care professionals that is unmatched in the area! We are seeking a PTA who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors!

Requirements

Associate Degree or equivalent in Physical Therapy from an approved curriculum.
Two to four years' experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
Cover a service area including Ross, Fayette, Highland, and Pickaway counties.
Work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with every other weekend coverage.
Utilize paid mileage for travel within the coverage area.
