About The Position
A private outpatient clinic is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join the team full-time. In this role, you’ll help patients rebuild strength, improve mobility, and follow through with their therapy goals in a one-on-one treatment setting. You’ll be part of the daily care process, from exercise guidance to progress updates. Spanish speaking ability is required.
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
- Active Florida PTA license
- Spanish speaking required
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily treatment sessions
- Lead patients through therapy exercises
- Track progress and report to the Physical Therapist
- Keep documentation organized and accurate
- Support Spanish-speaking patients during visits
