About The Position
Beacon Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine, in partnership with the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for their outpatient clinic in the Cincinnati-Sharonville area. This role focuses on providing exceptional care and remarkable experiences to the community, specializing in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy with advanced care for overhead and throwing athletes. The position offers a dynamic, sports-focused environment where clinicians can focus on patient care while advancing their careers. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Ohio PTA license (or eligibility)
Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans
- Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team
- Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and your local community
- Continue your professional growth through Upstream’s mentorship and learning programs
