About The Position
AVIR at La Grange, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join its in-house therapy team. The team treats a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offers opportunities to develop programs in balance, gait, mobility, skilled maintenance, and other areas. The role includes ongoing training and career development opportunities. Vital Therapy is a growing network of more than 80 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities with in-house therapy teams, focused on supporting leaders and providing quality care.
Requirements
- Hold a license in the state of Texas.
Responsibilities
- Deliver care to patients and residents.
- Contribute to programs in balance, gait, mobility, skilled maintenance, and other areas.
