About The Position

Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who is driven to serve others, learn, and grow. The ideal candidate will emphasize excellent patient care, quality, efficiency, and outcomes. This role requires a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a team-oriented approach, along with excellent communication and people skills. Premier PT is an outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy group specializing in a wide range of conditions and treatments, including dry needling, vestibular interventions, hand therapy, industrial injury rehabilitation, post-concussion treatment, and post-surgical rehabilitation. The company also provides outreach athletic training services to local high schools and community sports organizations.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculum.
• Current Delaware Physical Therapist Assistant licensure (PTA).
• Strong drive to serve others, learn, and grow.
• Strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care with a focus on quality, efficiency, and outcomes.
