About The Position

Throughout the year, each of the clinics provide time, energy, and proceeds to local causes and events such as the MS Walk, the Heart Walk, Go Red for Women, START!, Miracle Miles for Kids and many more. Our team also finds great pleasure in sponsoring local athletic teams and organizations, and providing community lectures and free backpack screenings for kids in all clinics.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree or higher.
  • Active Physical Therapist Assistant License.

Nice To Haves

  • Board certified specialist or specialty trained in orthopedics, geriatrics, sports, vestibular, or hand therapy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy assistance to patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
  • Implement treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist.
  • Document patient progress and report to the Physical Therapist.
  • Educate patients and their families on exercises and home care.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Participate in community outreach and events as needed.
