Responsibilities
- Carry out treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist
- Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, and functional mobility work
- Monitor resident progress and report changes
- Educate residents and families on therapy goals and plans
- Maintain accurate documentation
