About The Position

We are looking for Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) who desire more freedom, flexibility, and fulfillment in their careers. InHome Therapy prioritizes its therapists and is currently hiring for a home health PTA position in and around Dripping Springs. This role involves treating adult and geriatric patients in their homes. The position offers a consistent caseload through an agency partner network, flexible scheduling with autonomy over your day, therapy-first clinical and administrative support, and opportunities for growth including leadership roles and career advancement. A tablet with a data plan is provided. Compensation is on a per-visit basis, with a visit rate ranging from $47 - $54. Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies by employment status and weekly hours worked.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)
