About The Position

HealthPro Heritage has a great Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) opportunity in Williston, SC! A $5K Sign-on Bonus is offered. As a skilled nursing and rehabilitation provider, Carlyle supports short-term rehabilitation and long-term care, allowing therapists to work closely with residents on meaningful goals like regaining independence after surgery or improving daily living skills. This is a Full-Time Position split between 2 locations that are 20 minutes apart, with paid travel time. Part-time for one location will be considered, with no travel. Requirements

Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.
Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant, or license eligible
Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications.
Monitor and document patient progress, report observations to the Physical Therapist, and educate patients and families on treatment protocols, exercises, and self-care techniques.
Accurately document patient treatments, progress, and responses in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
Work closely with Physical Therapists, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care and effective treatment outcomes.
