Vineyard Post Acute is seeking dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our skilled rehab team in Petaluma, CA. Requirements
- Active California PTA license
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- A passion for helping patients recover and regain independence

Responsibilities
- Assist licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) in implementing personalized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy to help residents improve mobility, strength, and coordination
- Educate residents and their families on continuing exercises and rehabilitation techniques
- Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and facility guidelines
