Vineyard Post Acute is seeking dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our skilled rehab team in Petaluma, CA. Requirements

  • Active California PTA license
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • A passion for helping patients recover and regain independence

Responsibilities

  • Assist licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) in implementing personalized treatment plans
  • Provide hands-on therapy to help residents improve mobility, strength, and coordination
  • Educate residents and their families on continuing exercises and rehabilitation techniques
  • Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and facility guidelines
