About The Position

At FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers, you’ll be part of a collaborative outpatient team that values clinical excellence, strong patient relationships, and professional growth—without the pressure of a high-volume environment. This role offers 1-on-1 patient care in 40-minute sessions, a patient-focused approach with manageable daily scheduling (typically around 12 patients/day), a supportive, team-driven clinic culture, opportunities to specialize in balance, ortho, and vestibular therapy, and modern tools and technology to streamline your workflow.

Requirements

Active (or eligible) Georgia PTA license
Graduate of an accredited PTA program
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A patient-first mindset and team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

Carry out treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist
Lead patients through customized exercise and rehab programs
Provide education to support long-term recovery and wellness
Track progress and maintain accurate documentation
Help create a positive and encouraging clinic environment
