About The Position
LTC Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Greenfield, MA. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work in a skilled nursing setting where you can build strong resident relationships and make a direct impact on mobility and recovery.
Requirements
- Active PTA license required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatment under the supervision of the Physical Therapist
- Assist residents with gait training, balance exercises, strengthening activities, and transfer training
- Support individualized treatment plans based on resident goals and clinical direction
- Monitor resident progress and communicate updates with the PT and care team
- Complete accurate documentation in a timely manner
