About The Position

We are hiring a California-licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide home health visits. This is a great opportunity for a PTA looking for flexible scheduling, independent field work, and a supportive clinical team. Requirements

Active California PTA license
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Strong communication and time-management skills

Nice To Haves

1+ year of PTA experience preferred
Home health experience preferred, but not required
EMR experience preferred

Responsibilities

Provide PTA visits in patients' homes under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
Carry out prescribed therapy treatment plans
Assist with strengthening, mobility, balance, gait, and transfer training
Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising PT
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety
Complete accurate and timely documentation
