Job Summary We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist and in alignment with each patient’s physician-approved plan of care. Requirements

• Licensed PTA in California.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on physical therapy treatments as directed by the Physical Therapist and physician care plan.
• Help patients reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore optimal physical function.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, gait and transfer training, muscle re-education, and use of prosthetics.
• Administer physical therapy modalities such as heat/cold therapy, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, hydrotherapy, and massage.
• Observe and report patient progress, responses, and changes in condition to the PT and care team.
• Educate patients on safe and proper use of mobility aids and assistive devices.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and in‑service training.
• Perform additional related duties as needed.
