About The Position
PREMIER THERAPY is looking for a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to add to our partner's skilled nursing facilities in YOUNGSTOWN, OH. Our employees are passionate about improving the resident's quality of life, and delivering compassionate care. We believe in teamwork and value each and every employee. Compensation negotiable (depending on skills, abilities and experience).
Requirements
- Must be a licensed PTA in the state of Ohio.
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities
- Therapy and facility team collaboration.
- Education to family/caregivers.
- Facility education and in-services.
- Attendance of care plan meetings.
- Daily documentation.
- Collaboration with supervising PT.
