PREMIER THERAPY is looking for a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to add to our partner's skilled nursing facilities in YOUNGSTOWN, OH. Responsibilities
- Therapy and facility team collaboration.
- Education to family/caregivers.
- Facility education and in-services.
- Attendance of care plan meetings.
- Daily documentation.
- Collaboration with supervising PT.
