Mountain Land Physical Therapy is a private practice leading the nation in advancing musculoskeletal care. With one-third of primary care visits related to musculoskeletal conditions and a growing shortage of physicians, we are putting physical therapists at the front of care, equipped with diagnostic imaging in many clinics for faster, more accurate treatment. This position involves managing a balanced caseload, with top performers treating an average of 12-14 patients per day, with one-on-one dedicated time with each patient. Double-booking is only permitted if it's not excessive, the PTA is comfortable with it, and it does not negatively impact care. The role offers autonomy in treatment, allowing the PTA to use innovative approaches and apply skills gained through continuing education in collaboration with a supervising physical therapist. A key aspect of this role is providing specialized pelvic health care, working alongside pelvic health Physical Therapists to help patients improve pelvic floor function, strength, mobility, and quality of life through individualized therapeutic exercises, patient education, and hands-on treatment within the PTA's scope of practice. The company utilizes an AI-driven platform to reduce documentation time by up to 40%, allowing staff to focus more on patient care.
