Requirements

• A Bachelor/Associate Degree from an accredited Assistant school of Physical Therapy.
• 1 year of Physical Therapy Assistant experience in a home care or rehabilitation setting.
• Active and unencunmbered Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of employment required.
• Required within 30 days of hire - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Responsibilities
