Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
• Licensed or eligible for PTA licensure in Louisiana
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Leadership experience or interest in a Director of Rehab (DOR) role preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy treatments under PT supervision
• Oversee rehab department operations as Director of Rehab
• Ensure compliance, documentation, and quality outcomes
• Lead, mentor, and support therapy staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
