About The Position

The Physical Therapist Aide serves as a liaison between patients and the Physical Therapist, assisting patients from arrival through departure and helping ensure a positive experience. The role supports the clinic’s daily operations by welcoming patients into treatment, maintaining a clean and orderly facility, handling laundry, and assisting with calls and scheduling as needed. The position also involves working collaboratively with the team and maintaining a positive, professional demeanor. Other duties may be assigned, and the employer may revise responsibilities as business conditions change.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing situations.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as a team member and individually with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Call patients from the waiting room into treatment.
• Maintain a clean facility throughout the day.
• Wash and dry laundry and ensure clean towels are available.
• Work as a team member to help provide patients with a positive experience.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times.
• Keep a safe and orderly work environment.
• Answer phone calls and schedule patients as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
