Requirements

  • 21 years of age, proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a positive/upbeat fashion utilizing English; both in oral and written form.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a challenging environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Quick learning ability coupled with a passion for taking on new projects.
  • People skills with focused attention on customer need to deal effectively with all business contacts.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and communication.
  • Proficiency in computer software and technology, including Zoom and Microsoft Office applications and Teams.
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work.
  • Thrives in a remote work from home environment and has flexibility in schedule to work after hours.

Nice To Haves

  • associate degree preferred
  • A background in security management and security system design and integration is preferred.
  • Must have previous experience managing and working knowledge of enterprise level security systems.
  • Must be able to attend and obtain certifications/training for the above systems.
  • Must attend CPTED course.
  • Must have an ASIS membership

Responsibilities

  • Manages the Allied Universal Physical Security team members.
  • Works with the client's Physical Security Program Leader to develop long-term relationships with the client's physical security partners and equipment manufacturers.
  • Ensure security technology and systems are adequately managed, controlled, vetted, and tested.
  • Oversee and manage the completion of security projects.
  • Support, strategize, and develop the Physical Security team under the Physical Security Program Leader.
