About The Position

BSG is seeking a highly qualified Physical Security Manager to serve as the onsite security leader for a globally recognized, high-end luxury corporate campus in Marin County. This is a leadership role within a refined, executive-facing environment requiring a professional who combines strong operational discipline with polished communication, sound judgment, and a highly professional presence. The Physical Security Manager (PSM) serves as the primary onsite security authority during peak operational hours and is responsible for elevating program governance, guard force performance, executive-facing coordination, and day-to-day physical security operations. This position is designed for a mature security professional who can operate confidently in a high-visibility corporate setting while maintaining a discreet, service-oriented, and culturally aligned approach. This is a leadership position focused on program governance and executive-facing security, not a traditional post-based role.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in law enforcement, corporate security, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and social skills
  • Demonstrated de-escalation capability and sound judgment
  • Professional appearance and executive presence
  • Experience operating in high-visibility, customer-facing, or executive environments
  • Ability to operate effectively within a refined, executive-facing corporate environment
  • Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism in a luxury corporate setting
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Possess a current California Driver’s License
  • Successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

  • At least 5 years of meaningful sworn law enforcement experience at a busy or moderately busy agency
  • Experience in investigations, field training, or specialized assignments
  • Prior corporate security, executive campus, or high-end hospitality/security environment experience
  • Exposure to workplace violence prevention or behavioral threat awareness
  • Experience with access control and CCTV systems
  • Candidates must possess a minimum of five (5) years of meaningful sworn law enforcement experience (for armed consideration)
  • Must be LEOSA qualified (for armed consideration)
  • Must be willing and able to obtain a BSIS Guard Card and Exposed Firearm Permit to perform security services in the State of California (for armed consideration)
  • Candidates without legitimate prior police experience will not be considered for armed configuration

Responsibilities

  • Direct supervision and accountability of onsite security personnel
  • Conduct daily briefings and enforce professional standards
  • Lead response to security-related incidents during business hours
  • Oversee structured reporting and incident documentation
  • Maintain a visible, polished, and approachable presence
  • Support executive presence and daily campus operations
  • Serve as escalation authority during business hours
  • Preserve a secure, welcoming, and highly polished environment consistent with a world-class luxury corporate campus
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal effectiveness
  • Apply sound judgment in sensitive or evolving situations
  • Utilize de-escalation skills to manage conflict or disruptive behavior professionally
  • Engage employees, visitors, and executives with maturity and discretion
  • Administer access control permissions
  • Oversee CCTV and monitoring systems
  • Coordinate with Facilities and IT on system functionality and continuity
