Join us as we help people all over the world thrive at work. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Security Manager to oversee and lead our organization's physical security operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our personnel, assets, and facilities through strategic planning, risk mitigation, and effective team leadership.

  • High ethical standards and sound judgment under pressure.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to the on-site security team.
  • Manage the security department’s budget, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting expenses.
  • Provide coaching and professional development through regular one-on-one meetings with security guards and receptionists, offering feedback, support, and performance guidance.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits.
  • Monitor and manage security systems, including surveillance and access control.
  • Respond to and manage security incidents and emergencies.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed incidents and activity reports.
  • Support and execute global security programs and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Ensure alignment to business objectives, relevant security frameworks, and O.C. Tanner’s Information Security policies.
  • Develop and maintain emergency response and business continuity plans.
  • Promote a culture of safety, vigilance, and preparedness across the organization.
  • Collaborate with the Information Security team to ensure physical and digital data protection.
  • Support security functions and provide guidance and strategic leadership across global offices and retail jewelry store locations, ensuring consistency and alignment with corporate standards.
