About The Position

As a Physical Security Specialist you will protect nuclear facilities and material against sabotage, theft, diversion, and other malicious acts. You will report to the Senior Manager of Structural Steel Senior, Building Engineering & Physical Design and be located at global headquarters in Cranberry Township, PA. The position is hybrid, you will be onsite 2 days per week.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Security
• Minimum 3.0 GPA

Nice To Haves

• Military, ROTC, etc. experience
• Internship experience
• Familiar with nuclear power plants

Responsibilities

• Provide broad-ranging experience operating and advanced nuclear plant designs including interfaces with systems, equipment, structures, and physical plant arrangement to develop and implement the safeguards and physical security protection system designs.
• Work on teams that related to design, fabrication, construction, and maintenance of large-scale nuclear and non-nuclear projects concerning physical security.
• Perform physical security assessments of the physical plant arrangement.
• Perform evaluations including critical asset development, threat and vulnerability assessments, physical security system computer and electrical design.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and criteria documents.
• Help prepare specifications and reports to satisfy applicable regulatory, code, and contract requirements.
• Provide engineering support to multiple global organizations regarding asset protection and physical security assessments.
