As a Physical or Occupational Therapy Technician, you will assist licensed therapy professionals by supporting patients with lifting, transferring, gait training, and exercise activities, while providing therapeutic assistance as directed. This Rehab Technician position plays a vital role in helping our Physical and Occupational Therapists deliver patient care across both our critical care units and regular nursing floors. It serves as an excellent entry point into the healthcare field, offering valuable hands-on experience and opportunities for professional skill development. This position is well-suited for individuals seeking practical, hands-on experience in a therapy-centered environment prior to pursuing advanced education in nursing, physical therapy, or other healthcare professions. Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross
  • Familiar with performing job-related tasks, such as reading labels and instructions and completing order forms
  • Basic mathematical skills sufficient to support inventory management, item measurement, equipment preparation, and supply ordering within budget guidelines

Responsibilities
