About The Position
We are seeking a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician (PM&R) for an inpatient locum tenens position in Tyler, TX. The physician will provide comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation care to patients with physical disabilities and injuries. This role involves managing an average daily patient volume of 16-20 patients, performing patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and monitoring progress. The physician will also coordinate with the hospitalist team for daytime coverage and patient management, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and documentation requirements. The coverage period is from December 21, 2026, to December 26, 2026, with a shift schedule of Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM or flexible.
Requirements
- Board Certified in PM&R
- Licensed in TX
- DEA
- Clean record
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
Responsibilities
