LISA West Elementary is seeking a high-energy, creative, and driven Physical Education Teacher (K–5) who understands that PE is a critical part of the overall school experience, culture, and student retention in a charter environment. This is not a passive role—this position requires initiative, strong classroom management, alignment to PE standards, and the ability to make fitness FUN and engaging for all students. We are looking for someone who will bring energy to our building, promote healthy lifestyles, and help make our school a place families choose to stay. Under the general supervision of the School Principal, the PE Teacher (K–5) will teach physical education to all elementary grade levels (Kindergarten through 5th grade) and facilitate student growth in physical fitness, teamwork, sportsmanship, and overall wellness. The teacher will create a safe, structured, high-energy environment while providing meaningful feedback to students, families, and administration. At LISA West, PE is more than a class—it is a key part of the student experience and school identity. This role directly impacts student engagement, school culture, and family retention by creating a program that students love and families value. If you are energetic, creative, and ready to lead a dynamic program, we want you on our team.
