About The Position

Alma del Mar is a K-8 charter school with a mission to prepare scholars for college and to foster service-minded leadership. This role involves planning and teaching effective lessons, collaborating within a co-curricular team, and building strong relationships with families. Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher required
• At least one year of full time teaching experience preferred
• Proven effectiveness leading all students to significant academic gains
• A passion for working with kids and a belief that all kids can succeed
