Marvell is seeking a PhD intern to join its Advanced Packaging team to work on next-generation semiconductor packaging challenges. This is a hands-on, project-focused internship where interns will apply their research background to real packaging problems alongside experienced engineers. The role involves supporting R&D efforts in advanced semiconductor packaging, contributing to package-level electrical, thermal, and mechanical analysis, and evaluating design tradeoffs related to signal integrity, power delivery, reliability, and manufacturability. Interns will use industry tools and internal data to analyze package concepts, document results, and present findings to the broader team.
