In this role, you will: Schedule and route daily travel to customer locations within an assigned geographic area, incorporating overnight stays to reduce travel time for optimum productivity. Physically inspect inventory and assess the condition to confirm the collateralized position. Reconcile discrepancies with the customer and document details to support final inventory inspection results. Build relationships with customers through setting inspection expectations, answering questions, providing support with payment systems and raising customer growth inquiries to our commercial and portfolio teams. Communicate with manager, account manager and peers to resolve issues and escalate risks. Performs physical inspections of commercial business inventories to assess their condition to provide prompt and accurate reporting. Covers jobs performing physical inspections of commercial business inventories to assess their condition in order to provide prompt and accurate reporting to confirm their collateralized position. May also be involved in responding to customer inquiries, questions, documentation issues, billing errors, disputes, and program changes. This is a 100% remote position, and the territory is based in Lakeland , FL, therefore y ou must live in assigned territory for efficiency purposes or be willing to relocate.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of Collateral Examination experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Must be willing to travel overnight
  • Ability to push/pull 50 pounds and lift 25 pounds
  • Ability to work in outdoor environments up to 8 hours per day
  • Ability to travel daily with 4 or more hours of driving per day
  • Reliable transportation for daily business travel
  • Must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business or related field

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

  • Strong problem solving and mathematical skills
