WTW is seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled individual to join our Risk & Analytics team as a Physical Climate & Natural Catastrophe Risk Consultant. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in engineering, science, or analytics who are passionate about applying their expertise to real-world climate and catastrophe risk challenges. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of experts in insurance, science, and engineering to deliver cutting-edge risk assessments and consulting services to corporate clients across the U.S. and globally. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects that span industries and geographies, with a focus on catastrophe risk engineering and climate resilience. The primary objectives are to support the Risk & Analytics team in advancing the catastrophe and climate risk management business in the US (primary focus) and globally. This includes providing assessments focused on catastrophe risk engineering, as well as leveraging RMS (Risk Management Solutions) models and other recognized catastrophe risk models in the insurance market, specifically for consulting projects delivered to WTW’s corporate clients. We are open to hiring at a more junior level depending on the candidate’s experience.
