About The Position

Perform a wide range of functions to ensure the protection of company and government sensitive and classified information. Serve as the Site Security Manager (SSM) for secure space projects and provide program and technical support across Booz Allen secure space initiatives. Support secure space design, construction, commissioning, and accreditation activities for DoD Collateral Open Storage Areas, restricted areas, and IC SCIF or SAPF facilities. Collaborate in the planning, design, construction, and accreditation efforts of secure spaces. Partner with corporate leadership, market teams, program managers, and enterprise technology staff to capture or define secure space requirements and deliver solutions to secure space needs company-wide. Seek or provide security solutions or recommendations for construction challenges. Assist security team members on the documentation requirements of secure space builds and creation of necessary documentation, including pre-construction documentation, construction security plans (CSPs), fixed facility checklists (FFCs), and other documentation, supporting secure space construction approvals and accreditation efforts. Liaise with the DoD and IC’s counterparts to stay informed of changing requirements, convey needs, and facilitate construction or accreditation efforts of secure spaces.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with industrial security or secure space construction management, including ICD 705, TEMPEST, and 32 CFR Part 117
  • Experience leading CSP enforcement, design or security reviews, commissioning, and accreditation documentation such as FFCs, CSPs, SOPs, and as-built designs
  • Knowledge of IDS or UL 2050, access control, acoustic or RF mitigations, and physical security hardware
  • Ability to support design security reviews, ensuring boundary, acoustic or RF, IDS, and access control features meet standards and program objectives
  • Ability to conduct on-site assessments across preconstruction, construction, and post construction phases, and deliver cost-saving recommendations that preserve compliance
  • Ability to oversee IDS installation readiness and UL 2050 alignment, monitor coordination with corporate security and GSOC, and validate commissioning and acceptance tests
  • Ability to maintain security documentation such as logs, inspection evidence, milestone photos, and RFIs or changes, and prepare SOPs and emergency plans for operations readiness
  • Ability to interpret and technically review construction drawings against government security standards and best practices
  • Top Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with TEMPEST design or coordination
  • Experience with SSOG standards or templates, Secure Space Portal workflows, and stage gate governance
  • Experience coordinating with Global Workplace (GW), construction PMs, and external A/E and trade partners across design or build cycles
  • Experience with UL 2050 certification processes and GSOC monitoring integrations
  • Experience mentoring SSMs and elevating documentation quality for accreditation readiness
  • Knowledge of RF shielding, waveguides, power filters, and acoustic mitigation
  • Ability to develop, maintain, and enforce CSPs, including cleared escort coverage, material inspections, prohibited item controls, and construction site binder documentation
  • Bachelor’s degree
