About The Position

Join a busy orthopedic physician as an orthopaedic advanced practice provider, delivering comprehensive orthopedic care in both clinic and operating-room settings. The role includes seeing patients and assisting with orthopedic surgery. Operating-room experience is not required; the physician is willing to teach a qualified candidate with surgical interests. This opportunity is suitable for a new graduate or an experienced Physician Assistant and offers experience in a dual clinical and surgical-assistance setting. The team includes support staff, subspecialized orthopedic physicians, and Advanced Practice Providers.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited advanced practice training program as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Meet board eligibility or certification requirements.
• Hold an active Nebraska license or be eligible for one.
• Strong clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to children and families.

Nice To Haves

• Operating-room experience is not required; interest in surgery is welcomed, and the physician is willing to teach a qualified candidate.

Responsibilities
