About The Position

The PHP Group Therapist serves as core clinical provider within a structured, intensive behavioral health program treating adults with severe and persistent mental illness. The therapist delivers evidence-based group psychotherapy and psycho-education, conducts clinical assessments, monitors safety and treatment response, collaborates in a multidisciplinary environment to support patient stabilization and fundamental improvement.

Requirements

  • Master's degree required.
  • One year of experience working with this population required.
  • License preferred (LPC, LCSW) however license eligible will be considered with appropriate background/experience.
  • Some experience with substance use/abuse desirable.
  • CPR certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Successful completion of training in Handle with Care.
