Social Worker Opportunity – Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) Clinician At Arbour Hospital, we work diligently and compassionately to provide patients and their families with high-quality care and service excellence across a continuum of specialized behavioral health services. We stand ready to provide compassionate care through inpatient treatment and a strong continuum of aftercare services, community-based programs, and day treatment. This is a fantastic opportunity for either a recent Master’s level graduate or an experienced licensed clinician who is passionate about working with underserved patient populations. This is a full time, Monday – Friday, 40 hour per week position at Arbour's Quincy Center in Quincy, MA. Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, counseling, or other human services related field
  • 1-3 years of geriatric psychiatric experience preferred
  • LCSW, LICSW, LHMC, or LDAC is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments
  • Lead therapy groups
  • Document clients’ treatment
  • Complete diagnostic assessments
  • Provide crisis intervention
  • Provide milieu management
  • Coordinates, arranges, and monitors discharge planning and continuity of care
