PHP Clinical Therapist Opportunity! This PHP opportunity offers a day shift schedule providing care at Granite Hills Hospital! Granite Hills Hospital is a newer resource for Behavioral Health in Wisconsin that offers high-quality, patient centered care for the greater Milwaukee community. With a wide range of treatment for children, adolescents, and adults, our mission is to provide much needed outcome-focused care for those who need it most. Our recently opened 120-bed facility features evidence-based treatment modalities and a multi-disciplinary team led by expert medical professionals. The Outpatient Therapist is responsible for providing support to the day-to-day operations of the Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient programs including, but not limited to: administrative functions, utilization review, assessment, discharge planning, group/individual therapy, case management, and other duties related to delivering a successful program. Requirements

  • Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills
  • Strong clinical assessment skills
  • License in the State of WI as a LPC, LPC-I, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW
  • CPR certification
  • CPI (management of aggressive behavior training)
