The Photolithography Equipment Engineer will be the tool owner and engineer for TEL ACT-8 equipment, responsible for troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of the TEL-ACT-8 and associated equipment, including cooling systems. This role involves ensuring equipment operates to specification, monitoring SPC/SPC tool performance, and driving improvements. The engineer will work with and direct technicians on preventative maintenance, drive tool availability through problem-solving, and aim to shift unscheduled maintenance to preventive measures. Additionally, the position focuses on monitoring and improving scheduled PMs on Litho Cells and associated equipment, maintaining and enhancing detailed work instructions for PMs, training other employees on PM procedures, maintaining equipment logs, documenting all repair work, driving work plans for troubleshooting and repair, and coordinating PM timing with production personnel.
