About The Position

Mom365 is seeking a Photography Sales Manager to lead a team of up to 20 photographers across up to 8 hospital locations. This role involves driving sales performance, developing future leaders, and strengthening hospital partnerships while helping families preserve their baby's first moments through professional newborn photography. The position combines leadership, sales, customer experience, training, and operational oversight. The ideal candidate is a people leader who enjoys developing others, building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and delivering results across a multi-site operation.

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to perform moderate physical activity and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings.
  • Ability to meet hospital compliance requirements.
  • Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends and holidays.

  • Leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
  • Experience hiring, training, coaching, or developing employees.
  • Experience leading remote, multi-site, or geographically dispersed teams preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple locations, departments, or business units preferred.

  • Photography experience preferred, especially portrait, studio, family, newborn, or event photography.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 20 photographers across up to 8 hospital locations to achieve sales, service, and quality goals.
  • Recruit, train, onboard, and mentor new photographers.
  • Drive photography sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital leadership and staff across multiple hospital partnerships.
  • Manage daily operations, scheduling, staffing, and performance expectations across multiple hospital locations.
  • Ensure compliance with company, hospital, and safety requirements.
  • Photograph newborn babies and their families, creating lasting memories.
  • Deliver a warm, professional, and compassionate experience for every family.
