About The Position

Visual Image Photography is hiring a full-time Photography Project Assistant to work in our corporate office in Cedarburg, WI. Be the beating heart of our photography workflow! We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to ensure every image moves seamlessly from camera to client across our multi-studio network. Your role will directly impact how families, schools, and communities receive cherished memories—from championship sports moments to graduation milestones.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines in a high-volume production environment.
• Expertise in critical thinking and complex problem resolution.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with CRM or Project Management tools.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• High degree of adaptability, independent initiative, and successful team collaboration.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Physical ability to perform the demands of the role, including extended periods of computer work.
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Cut and organize camera cards for photo jobs.
• Track progress of job coordination.
• Use software to design, proof, and order image products for school clients.
• Process files, implement quality checks, and match subjects using our systems.
• Prepare packages for shipping.
• Track projects across markets.
• Resolve bottlenecks.
• Support coordination between our studios in the region.
