About The Position
Photography Lab Assistants staff the Photography Lab and Imaging Center in Bassis whenever it is open. They check equipment out to students and other users, maintain the lab, and assist users.
Requirements
- Completion of ART 180, Photography, or equivalent knowledge and experience with traditional darkroom techniques and digital image processing.
Nice To Haves
- Considerable experience with both traditional and digital photography, and a desire to help others with these techniques.
Responsibilities
- Staff Photography Lab and Imaging Center.
- Check equipment out to users.
- Maintain the lab (help keep it clean and organized, put out fresh chemicals when needed, change ink in printers, etc).
- Assist students and other lab users.
