Photographer for Rental Properties - Lakeland, FL
About The Position
PlanOmatic delivers professional real estate photography and 3D tours to the single-family rental industry nationwide, at scale, and with fast turnaround. We work with over 250 contracted photographers across 27 states who share our commitment to quality and consistency. This role involves photographing residential rental properties, capturing high-quality photos and 3D tours. Most assignments take 30-60 minutes on-site. Photographers will upload their work directly through our app, and PlanOmatic's editing team handles post-production and client delivery. This is a freelance, part-time opportunity with no client-facing pressure.
Requirements
- Demonstrable photography experience (real estate, architectural, or interior photography strongly preferred).
- Portfolio or sample work must be submitted with application.
- Proficiency shooting in manual mode with off-camera flash.
- Comfortable working independently.
- DSLR or Mirrorless camera.
- Wide-angle lens (16mm full-frame / 10mm CMOS).
- Off-camera flash with diffuser.
- Tripod.
- Apple or Android device with memory card reader.
- Reliable vehicle & valid driver's license.
- Photographer's Liability Insurance.
