Photographer - Real Estate Listing Photos
About The Position
Doorstead is expanding its vendor network and is looking for contracted photographers to complete listing photos on a consistent, recurring basis. Professional listing photography is one of the first and most important steps in showcasing properties. This role requires photographers to deliver 20-25 high-resolution photos per session within 24 hours of the shoot. Scheduling is typically within 48 hours of an owner's request. There are no aerial or 3D tour requirements. The volume is expected to be sporadic initially but will ramp up to an average of 5-15 sessions per month with consistent demand. Payment starts at $125 per session with escalators based on property size, and immediate payment is provided.
Requirements
- Reliable photographer.
- Ability to turn around quality work quickly.
- Based in or around the Durham area.
- Tech-savvy.
