Photographer & Lab Production Worker
About The Position
This role involves two potential areas of focus: photography and lab production. As a photographer, you will be conducting posed youth sports photography at various park locations within a 100-mile radius. This is a weekend-focused position with opportunities for advancement and training. The company provides equipment, but having a DSLR and flash/strobe is beneficial. Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work well with children and parents are crucial. This is not a creative photography role; adherence to instructions and following procedures are prioritized. Photographers are paid from the time they leave home until they return, with overtime pay often earned. The company offers flexible scheduling, and busy photographers can work 20-30 weekends per year. In the lab facility, there are full-time positions available for customer service and lab technicians.
Requirements
- Must be kid-friendly.
- Reliable transportation is critical.
- Ability to get up early and travel within 100 miles.
- Ability to show up on time.
- Ability to work well with kids and parents.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities
