Acadia is seeking a motivated PHOTOGRAMMETRIST/ GEOINT IMAGERY ANALYST to support product evaluations, quality studies, and new product initializations and assessments of GEOINT sensor and system performance. The specific tasks and activities to be performed include, but are not limited to: Sensor modeling; decomposing product formation elements to quantify the overall quality of the image chain Performing geolocation and mensuration accuracy assessments Modeling the geometric collection process to trace the exact location of a point on the ground to the corresponding pixel location on an image Applying GEOINT imagery analysis and exploitation techniques to support product evaluation, quality assessment, and engineering analysis activities Supporting assessment projects related to the National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG) Performing baseline assessments of system performance to support sensor initialization Conducting operational monitoring of system performance over time Analyzing imagery and system performance data to identify errors, anomalies, or degradation Responding to detected errors by recommending possible causes and corrective actions Applying knowledge of imagery exploitation, targeting, geolocation, mensuration, sensor characteristics, and photogrammetric principles to support technical assessments.
