This is a hybrid position with a combination of Remote + Onsite work at Various School Locations. The Photo Team Manager will oversee and inspire a team of talented photographers to capture magical moments for students K-12 and their families. This role involves leadership, training, logistics, and hands-on event management, ensuring school photo days run smoothly and efficiently. The position requires managing photo day logistics, equipment storage, employee management (hiring, scheduling, and direct management of photographers), and photography execution in adherence with JostensPIX protocol. The role may also involve working as a Photographer or Event Lead when needed and attending 2-3 Photo Day events per week for support.
